If you have any specific requests for how your items are used when creating your keepsakes, please note this on your order or include a note with you items when posting them to us.

Personalised Embroidery

Please double check your instructions for personalisation as wording will be exactly as you have sent it including spaces and punctuation.   Hearts and paws will either be made from clothes supplied or on a white wool felt depending on which is more suitable. 

 Special Instructions

In this box you can add a note of any special instructions. This could include details of any favourite items to be used first, instructions on where each item or colours are to be placed and any logos that you want to include on the bear. If not specified we will presume you wish to leave the design to us. Other instructions could be preferred personalised embroidery colour, if you would like clothes remnants to be returned or any other special instructions. If not stated here clothes remnants will be disposed of with any unused items returned with your keepsake.

More Information

Almost any clothing or blankets can be used and popular items include babygros, outfits, blankets, comforters. Items to avoid are chunky knits and swimwear materials. The final look of each bear may vary as it depends on the fabric supplied. As used fabrics are more delicate, please be aware the more worn, well washed, stretchy the items are there is a greater chance that the stitches may pull into tiny holes along the seams.

Here is a  guide as to how many items to send for a keepsake bear:

 Baby clothes: 8-10 babygros or equivalent amount of material. If first size as the body pieces are fairly big if possible send some larger items such as a couple of larger babygros or a small blanket.

 Older children & Adults:  2-6 items
