HOW TO ORDER

It's so easy !
We've tried to make the whole process of ordering your keepsake/ memory items as easy as possible

Simply follow steps 1-5 below

1) Firstly, choose your cherished clothing or sentimental material you would like us to use to create your Memory Bear keepsake. Don't worry, take your time ! We know sometimes this can be a very difficult process, any questions before ordering please do not hesitate to contact us.

2) Next simply browse our online store, selecting your Items, adding personalisation , size & any embroidery if required, proceed to cart and checkout safely and securely through our payment partner Stripe

3) We will then send you a personalised self addressed envelope including your unique order number to return your chosen clothing to us.

Alternatively you can drop them off if your local.

4) When your clothing is received we will then design & create your unique item by hand from our specially crafted patterns. If there are any special instructions we may contact you just to make sure we are both 100% on the same page.

5) Once completed your order will be beautifully wrapped & posted back to you using Royal Mail tracked & recorded delivery. We know how precious your Memory items are so we will also email you your unique tracking number so at every step you can track your parcel.
